Memberships & Subscriptions
When you purchase a membership, you gain access to discounted services and procedures at our medical spa for the duration of your membership term (typically one year).
Payment Options: Your membership may be purchased as a one-time payment or as a recurring subscription with payments processed on a regular billing cycle. Your payment details will be stored securely and charged according to the payment option you select at checkout.
Membership Duration: Each membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Some memberships may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel before your renewal date to prevent future charges.
Cancelling or Changing Your Membership: If you wish to cancel or modify your membership, you may do so at any time by accessing your account through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Please note:
- Cancelling a membership will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current membership term already paid.
- Unused services or credits included with your membership do not carry over after cancellation or expiration and are non-refundable.
- Any discounted services received during your membership term were provided at membership pricing; cancellation does not affect services already rendered.
